GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS Purpose : These sales conditions define the terms of distance sale between Borgeaud company and the customer. Law applicable : Both parties agree that these sales conditions are subject to Spanish regulations. Order: You can submit your order by : - E-mail at contact@bijouxenverre.com Borgeaud company confirms your order by e-mail. As soon as we have received your payment, your purchase will be shipped at the address provided (see Delivery), and you will be advised by e-mail. Borgeaud company reserves the right to not confirm an order due to a reason whatsoever. Confirmation will follow as soon as possible. The general sales conditions stated here-below will be applied to orders already received. Prices: Prices are shown in Euros. All the orders need to be paid in Euros. The price indicated in the order form is the definitive price, and includes the handling and shipping fees. Payment method: You can pay your order: * By French cheque, only payable in France. · By credit card, security payment with Paypal. Delivery : The delivery of the products is performed by La Poste (National Postal Service) by registered mail at the address given on the order form. The delivery date is established after the payment is received by Borgeaud company (between 4 to 15 days according the country). Borgeaud company will not be held responsible for the delays caused by La Poste or any other carrier. Cancellation period : The cancellation period is seven working days from the receipt of the goods by the customer. In case of cancellation, Borgeaud company will refund within 15 days the amount paid by the customer, shipping fees excluded and without extra charges. «Satisfaction or refund» guarantee: We guarantee the «Satisfaction or refund» label. Upon receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with one or several of the items, you can return them in their original packaging (shipping fees at your expense) and only by registered mail. Returned goods will be only accepted if they are in perfect condition for resale. The customer will be refunded, shipping fees excluded, within 15 days. Computer technology and Freedom: The data provided are strictly confidential and will be exclusively used by Borgeaud company. We commit ourselves to not share any personal information with any third party. Litigation : Only our Courts of Justice will have the jurisdiction in case of litigation.
